When are new products release?

New products are released the 1st Tuesday of every month.

I am interested in a product and it is out of stock.  When will it be restocked?

Not all items will be restocked.  Some products are a "one time only" product.  If an item is scheduled to return, it should have a restock date in the product description.

Can I get a discount for ordering multiples of the same item?

Yes!  Just contact us at wildaboutart_home@yahoo.com with the item you are interested in and how many you would need.

Do you offer wholesale?

No, not at this time.

Can I return my order?

Items that are returned in the same way they were shipped are eligible for return.  Contact us at wildaboutart_home@yahoo.com  for a return authorization number.  Items must be returned within 30 days of original sale date.

Personalized items are not returnable.  Play-dough and sensory items must remain "unopened".

What forms of payment do you accept?

Wild About Art @home accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
